About Kait…

Kait Higgins, licensed massage therapist (LMT), began her journey first as an equine massage therapist in 2018. Having seen the benefits of massage first hand, she knows how vital massage and the power of nurturing touch are to keeping bodies balanced, whole and healthy.

Kait graduated from Pima Community College with her Therapeutic Massage License and is skilled in Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Work, Cupping Therapy, Sports Massage, and Intra-Oral work.

In her free time, she enjoys the outdoors, spending time with her three dogs, and being around nature while riding her horses “Major” and “Kernel.” Kait competes in a variety of competitions with her horses that include western dressage and obstacle trail riding.

Charlotte Vuke, LMT, began her wellness journey learning Reiki in 2005. Enjoying the positive effects of this work had on herself and her clients, she became inspired to further her education at Cortiva Institute and obtained her license to practice massage therapy in 2014. With a passion for learning new and innovative modalities in healing Charlotte is proficient in Swedish, Reiki, Lomi Lomi, Hot Rocks, Prenatal, Aroma Touch, Deep Tissue, and Integrative Manual Massage.

She believes learning new techniques and refining her practice provides the absolute best experience to meet the unique individual needs of each client. She uses nurturing methods that help clients create new neural-muscular connections and healthy touch to promote healing in mind, body and soul. Charlotte is in tune to respond to verbal and physical cues from her clients providing comfortable, effective and individualized massage sessions.
