About Anni…

Anni Kaufer, Licensed Massage Therapist(LMT) Yoga Teacher(YTT), has been in the field of healing arts since graduating from the Desert Institute of Healing Arts In 2003.

Over the the course of her career and years of focus on sports massage and deep tissue Anni found that most most injuries were emotionally based whether it be self-limiting beliefs or recent trauma there was a reoccurring pattern she was seeing with clients. This lead her to study therapies with more holistic lenses such as Craniosacral Therapy, Thai massage and most recently Clinical Hypnotherapy.

Now her work blends the mind, body, and spirit connection to treat the whole being. Her focus is to listen deeply to what the person needs and illuminate that which may be blocking one’s wellness, while encouraging interpersonal harmony.

When Anni isn’t working with clients one on one you can also find her teaching a workshop or yin yoga. She believes first hand in the power of group healing and self awareness.

As as survivor of CSA and childhood trauma her focus is to be in love with living and finding joy and comfort in life.

She has found an intimate connection with nature as one of the best medicines available. She loves to learn about plant allies and also spending time in bodies of water. Whether with her family, friends or solo she is often traveling, camping and hiking. She recently self converted a van and has been living the van life whenever possible.
