Introduction to Yoga is for those who are new to yoga and interested in answering the question of what is yoga and how do I actually practice on a daily basis along with all of the benefits one can find from developing a daily practice.

Madison Hill is a:

-Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance with 200 hour certification (RYT-200)
-Practiced Yoga for 15 years
-Family Medicine physician here in Tucson when not practicing yoga
-live here in Tucson with my husband, Kyle and my two dogs, Huck and Hank
