Meet Our Team

Camille Davre

Are you feeling stuck, disconnected, or overwhelmed? Maybe you’re weighed down by anxious

thoughts, moving through grief, or navigating a transition that has left you questioning your

sense of self. Whatever has brought you here, welcome. It takes courage to seek support.

As a former NCAA All-American athlete, I know both the thrill of achievement and the pain of

losing what once defined you. My own experiences with chronic pain, anxiety, and depression

taught me that healing isn’t about fixing ourselves, but about meeting change with compassion

and courage.

As a therapist, I create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel truly seen, heard, and

valued. My approach is client-led: you are the expert of your life. Together, we’ll uncover limiting

beliefs, process past experiences, and reconnect with what brings you meaning. I often work

with people facing life transitions, identity shifts, anxiety, depression, and self-esteem

challenges. I also enjoy working with teens and young adults, helping them build confidence,

deepen self-understanding, and find their voice.

With a background in biopsychology, training in Motivational Interviewing, and graduate studies

in counseling at the University of Arizona, I weave curiosity with evidence-based tools. My work

blends existential and narrative approaches with somatic practices, helping clients rewrite their

stories with resilience and purpose.

At the heart of my philosophy is a simple truth: nothing is wrong with you. Struggle is part of

being human, and while it can feel painful and isolating, you don’t have to face it alone. I believe

that it is often, our greatest challenges can uncover unexpected strengths, guiding us toward

greater resilience, authenticity, and connection with ourselves.

Outside of therapy, I enjoy exploring local coffee shops, hiking, songwriting, and spending time

with loved ones. Whether you’re seeking clarity, emotional healing, or a renewed sense of direction, I would

be honored to work with you. If you’re ready to take the next step, feel free to contact me for a free 15-

minute consult.
