I’m excited to partner with you on your walk to a happier and healthier lifestyle. I will be working with you every step of the way and building an action plan to achieve and build toward all of your goals. Personal training has so many benefits, both mental and physical. The positive endorphins released during strength training, gaining the accomplishment of continuous growth, as well as the mental health benefits, are just a few ways to feel better! Having an outlet to improve your focus and reduce stress all while getting stronger and improving physical health is an amazing all-in-one experience. I coach through trauma-informed practice, making you feel empowered in your body and growing confidence in all your movements. I program exercises according to a client’s needs and personal goals, making fitness fun, engaging, and challenging. Technique is always my top priority, avoiding injury and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment. I’m always prepared to make adjustments or give alternative exercises to prevent pain from past or present injuries. My goal is to make each session the best part of your day!
