Ryan Ray (he/him/his)

All my life I have been active and passionate about sports and exercise. That passion led me to a career in helping others find fitness and integrate it into their life. I hold my CPT(Certified Personal Trainer) through NASM and have been coaching for over 2 years. I work with a variety of clients, at different ages, fitness levels, and injury histories. Fitness is amazing for your mental and physical health, it gives you an outlet to relieve stress while increasing serotonin and dopamine. It also changes your body physically, increasing muscle mass and strengthening bones, leading to a healthier version of you for years to come. I know exercise can be intimidating as you start but my goal is to make exercise easy to follow and fun. I want to help you reach your goals and grow in your health and fitness, all while building your mind and body as a whole. I offer a tailored training approach that will help you reach your specific goals and adhere to your body and fitness level. I have experience working with clients who have various injuries and limitations, my goal is always to make exercise pain-free and effective for anyone who walks in my door.
