Trauma Conscious-Yoga 

We are very excited to offer a Trauma-Conscious Yoga group at Soul Space Tucson!

Join our therapist, Ginger, for this 5-week group beginning on October 19th at 6 PM. There are only 6 spots available, so register now!

Trauma-Conscious Yoga combines yoga & somatic therapy practice to promote healing from trauma.

Key features of the Trauma-Conscious Yoga group are:

💚 Education around trauma, the nervous system, and healing

💚 Learn self-regulation tools to help you consciously regulate your nervous system.

💚 Somatic practices that help you explore sensations and messages that the body is holding so you can gain deeper self-awareness and metabolize/discharge unresolved trauma from the body, mind, and soul.

💚 Intentional breathing techniques

💚 Self-study & meditation for inward reflection & inner peace

💚 Yoga postures specific to release pain & increase freedom in the body, mind, and soul
