Through guided discussions, reflective exercises, and shared insights, this group will provide a supportive space to grow and implement these practices into your daily life. Whether you’re looking to cultivate more joy, build resilience, or deepen your sense of self-worth, this group is designed to help you embrace the beauty of imperfection and live a more fulfilling life.

In The Gifts of Imperfection, Brené Brown offers a heartfelt guide to embracing authenticity and self-compassion. Drawing from her extensive research on vulnerability, courage, and connection, Brown outlines ten guideposts for wholehearted living, including cultivating gratitude, letting go of comparison, and setting boundaries. The book encourages readers to release perfectionism and fear of judgment, replacing them with self-acceptance and a sense of worthiness. Metabolic Conditioning Group with Ryan

Soul Space’s 4-week group fitness classes on Wednesdays from 6-7 PM. A rotating circuit-style class led by Certified Personal Trainer, Ryan Ray. The workouts will be primarily Metabolic Conditioning, a combination of strength training and cardio with an emphasis on higher reps. This will be a great option for anyone with a busy schedule looking to achieve maximum results in 1 hour. You can expect a full body workout each week, allowing us to hit multiple muscle groups in the one day per week you’ll be with us. This program may not be for someone who shouldn’t elevate their heart rate due to health limitations or doctors' orders. 

Time: 6-7 PM
