Metabolic Conditioning Group with Ryan-New group
Soul Space’s 4-week group fitness classes on Wednesdays from 6-7 PM. A rotating circuit-style class led by Certified Personal Trainer, Ryan Ray. The workouts will be primarily Metabolic Conditioning, a combination of strength training and cardio with an emphasis on higher reps. This will be a great option for anyone with a busy schedule looking to achieve maximum results in 1 hour. You can expect a full body workout each week, allowing us to hit multiple muscle groups in the one day per week you’ll be with us. This program may not be for someone who shouldn’t elevate their heart rate due to health limitations or doctors' orders.

Age Group: Middle school girls ages 10-13
Middle school can be a rollercoaster of emotions, challenges, and change. Give your middle schooler the tools to thrive with our 6-week group program designed to help girls build mindful growth in confidence, set healthy boundaries, and improve emotional and communication skills.
Starting March 6, 2025, this empowering group will meet every Thursday from 5:30-7:00 PM, offering an engaging and supportive environment for self-discovery and personal growth.
Through interactive sessions, girls will explore:
Emotional Regulation: Master self-compassion, manage big emotions, and overcome self-doubt.
Setting Boundaries: Learn to assert personal boundaries, practice saying no, and understand bodily autonomy.
Communication Skills: Develop healthy friendship dynamics, manage conflict, and build empathy.
Dealing with Peer Pressure & Bullying: Identify bullying behavior, stand up for themselves and others, and learn strategies for handling peer pressure.
Coping with Challenges & Growth Mindset: Cultivate resilience with goal setting and positive thinking.
This is a chance for your daughter to connect with others, develop vital life skills, and build the emotional strength to take on whatever comes her way. Together, we’ll dive into fun, meaningful activities that empower her to become the best version of herself.
