Together, we will explore the topics of courage, vulnerability, shame, and perfectionism, and get curious about the thoughts, emotions and behaviors that hold us back. We will have the opportunity to make new choices and create practices that will move us to a more authentic and wholehearted way of living, to “show up, be seen and live brave.TM”
In this workshop, you will:
Identify the areas in your life where you long to be more courageous
Recognize how vulnerability and courage are inextricably linked
Understand what holds you back
Deepen your sense of worthiness and belonging
Identify your core values and claim your strengths
Let go of perfectionism and fear of what others think
Practice empathy and self-compassion
