Trauma Conscious Yoga Method is not your typical yoga class- classes will incorporate self-study, somatic therapy elements, breath work, meditation and some gentle asana (poses/movement). Beginners to yoga are absolutely welcome.

Led by pre-licensed therapists Isabella and Emily, this 6-week group is for anyone who has lost a partner or spouse and need the kind of support that understands. You’ll be in a small group of people walking a similar path, learning tools to cope, process grief, and move toward acceptance when life looks nothing like you thought it would.
