Introducing Trauma-Conscious Yoga at Soul Space Tucson!

We’re thrilled to launch our 6-week Trauma-Conscious Yoga group led by Mia and Bethany. With only 8 spots available, be sure to register soon! Cost: $200 for all 6 weeks.

Trauma Conscious Yoga Method is not your typical yoga class- classes will incorporate self-study, somatic therapy elements, breath work, meditation and some gentle asana (poses/movement). Beginners to yoga are absolutely welcome.

Nature Therapy Group

When: Saturdays, starting February 14th

Investment: $250

Age Group: 18+

This group will meet at Sabino Canyon (parking is included in cost), begin at 8:30am and will involve easy-to-moderate hikes that last two hours maximum.

These 4 weeks will include:

  • Mindfulness, somatic practices, and reflection exercises

  • Reflection: Nature as a place of inherent belonging and acceptance

  • Discussion: What it feels like to receive support (and to give support)

  • Developing self-trust

  • Learning to view life as a journey, using the trail as a metaphor
